Band members are Sting as a bass guitar and lead vocals, Andy Summers as guitar and backing vocals, and Stewart Copeland as drummer and backing vocals. This band is one of my favorite bands. I like them because lead vocal's voice and guitar mend well and make beautiful sounds. My favorite songs from the police are message in a bottle and shape of my heart.
i'm a big sting fan, i like his solo work even more than the great work with "the police". by the way, shape of my heart is from his solo album "ten summoner's tales", from 1991. message in a bottle is originally from the police.
